Planning Bulletin - February 2008

Welcome to the first edition of the Planning Bulletin for 2008. The Planning Bulletin provides commentary on relevant issues, recent cases and legislative changes which affect the Victorian Planning sector. 

In this edition we look at the Victorian Government's response to the Making Local Policy Stronger report, the ongoing review of car parking provisions and a recent case regarding public open space contributions. We also have an in-depth look at the Premier case (a landmark contamination law case) and amendments made to the Environment Protection Act 1970 as a result of the Court's decision.
