The Workplace - Special Report on the Fair Work Bill
On 25 November 2008 the Federal Government introduced its Fair Work Bill 2008 into Parliament. As expected the Bill is entirely new and while still lengthy at 575 pages it appears to be more straightforward than the current Workplace Relations Act 1996.
