PPS Law Reform Update - January 2009
In November 2008, a revised draft of the Personal Property Securities (PPS) bill (Revised Bill) was released by the Federal Attorney-General and referred to the Senate Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee for comment.
As a result, we've updated our PPS Navigator that was included in the PPS law reform Update – August 2008 to account for the new section numbering and for some of the new concepts contained in the Revised Bill.
