When actions speak louder than words - The risk in relying on a 'sunset clause' in a letter of intent

While it is important to include a 'sunset clause' in a letter of intent, the recent case of RTS Flexible Systems Ltd v Molkerei Alois Mull Gmbh & Co Kg (UK Productions) [2008] EWHC 1087 reminds us that this may not always achieve the true intentions of the parties where the letter of intent does not proceed to contract.
