IceTV succeeds against Nine Network in the High Court

On 22 April 2009, in the case of IceTV Pty Limited v Nine Network Australia Pty Limited, the High Court of Australia handed down a decision in favour of IceTVPty Limited in its long running copyright dispute with Nine Network Pty Limited.

This ruling overturns the May 2008 decision of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia.
