Geothermal Energy Bill - consultation draft and process
The Queensland Government has released the Geothermal Energy Bill 2009 (Bill) for consultation. The Bill is proposed to replace the existing Geothermal Exploration Act 2004.
Submissions on the Bill are due by Friday 4 September 2009. This Update provides an overview of key considerations when making a submission.
