Disclosure rules for office building energy efficiency on their way
The Minister for the Environment, the Hon Peter Garrett MP announced earlier this month that Australia's governments have now approved the parameters of the new mandatory disclosure scheme for office building energy efficiency.
Commonwealth legislation will now be developed to give effect to the scheme in the second half of 2010.
