Proposed amendments to the National Access Regime
The Trade Practices Amendment (Infrastructure Access) Bill 2009 (Bill), introduced into Parliament on 29 October 2009, proposes amendments to the National Access Regime that are aimed at increasing regulatory certainty and streamlining administrative processes.
