DLAPF wins Insurance Firm and Corporate Citizen Firm Awards

DLA Phillips Fox has won both Insurance Law Firm of the Year and Corporate Citizen Law Firm of the Year at the Macquarie Bank ALB Australasian Law Awards 2010.

The Awards, which were presented last night during a black tie dinner at the Westin Hotel, Sydney, recognise and celebrate the achievements and successes of the legal profession over the previous twelve months.

Partner Michael Down collected the Insurance Award on behalf of the firm, while Pro Bono director Nicolas Patrick collected the Corporate Citizen Law Firm Award.

DLA Phillips Fox's name has long been synonymous with the insurance industry. The firm's lawyers are recognised as leaders in their field and hold numerous leadership positions on industry bodies, committees and councils.

The firm is also deeply committed to community care, pro bono and sustainability initiatives across the business, delivering over 27,000 hours to community care and pro bono initiatives in the past 12 months.
