Kathleen Conlon

Kathleen Conlon is a non-executive Director and consultant on operational improvement.

Kathleen is also a non-executive Director of CSR, Vice-President of Chief Executive Women, and a NSW Council member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Kathleen's extensive career in professional services and consulting includes 20 years with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was most recently Vice-President and Director. During her time at BCG, Kathleen held several Australian and US based leadership positions including Leader of Asia Pacific Operations practice and Leader of the Sydney office. Kathleen was also a core member of BCG's Global Operations practice. Kathleen was awarded the Commonwealth Centenary Medal for services to business leadership in 2003.
