Our program

DLA Phillips Fox recognises that people want to be proud of the organisation they work for.

This means supporting their desire to contribute to help make a meaningful difference in the lives of people who are disadvantaged. We do this through our Community Care program.

Our focus is on supporting initiatives that help people to help themselves, so the change is enduring. We focus on developing partnerships with organisations that support:

  • Disadvantaged young people
  • International aid and development
  • Homeless people

Our support is provided in many ways, including employee volunteering, capacity building, administration, in-kind services, fundraising and corporate donations. Our volunteering program is supported by our community service leave policy, which entitles all staff members to two paid leave days each year.

Many charitable organisations rely on community support to maintain their work. Our Workplace Giving program provides charities with continuous funding and enables them to plan for the future. It also means they save time and money on printing, promotion and administration, and those in need of their services benefit more.
