Richard holds professional qualifications in engineering, public sector management and law. His experience includes both front and backend works.
Prior to obtaining his legal qualifications, Richard had 30 years experience in the construction, operation and maintenance of public sector infrastructure throughout Australia (20 years at Director level) including water and waste water services, roads, drainage, waste management, public buildings and recreation areas.
Richard's experience also includes management of building control and enforcement of compliance issues.
