Jennifer's areas of expertise include competition and regulatory law, consumer protection and litigation.
Jennifer is a former Commissioner of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), where she served on the ACCC's enforcement; mergers and adjudication committees. Jennifer was closely involved in the ACCC's compliance and enforcement work - including the development of its immunity policy for cartel conduct and its trade practices compliance program templates.
She is a regular speaker at industry, legal and academic events, addressing regulation, ethics, consumer protection and various aspects of the law. She previously represented the ACCC before Parliamentary Committees and in Ministerial meetings.
Prior to her appointment to the ACCC, Jennifer was a partner at another leading national firm where her practice focussed on litigation and dispute resolution for public sector clients and industry associations.
Jennifer is a New South Wales Law Society Accredited Specialist in commercial litigation and a LEADR trained Mediator.
