Jonathan has specific expertise in Goods and Services Tax and other indirect taxes and acts for a variety of large and medium corporate clients across various industries, including financial services, property development and investment and major infrastructure projects. Jonathan provides a wide range of legal taxation advisory services to corporate buyers, including technical and strategic advice, audit defence, GST post implementation reviews, due diligence reviews and GST training.
Prior to joining DLA Phillips Fox, Jonathan held Senior Manager positions within both BDO Kendall's Tax division and PricewaterhouseCoopers' Indirect Tax Group.
Jonathan also lectured in GST for Finsia from 2003 to 2007.
