- Advising banks and other secured lenders on asset recovery strategies.
- Advising boards on commercial, corporate governance and risk management issues during restructuring transactions and informal workouts.
- Advising insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders and secured and unsecured creditors on voluntary administrations, liquidations, deeds of company arrangement and creditors' trust deeds.
- Advising trustees in bankruptcy on asset and voidable transaction recoveries.
