Ben's main areas of practice include public and product liability, property damage, professional indemnity and commercial disputes.
Ben acts for various corporations and insurers. He provides strategic advice and attempts to achieve commercial outcomes of disputes where appropriate. He is experienced in the management of large and complex litigation and has successfully participated in numerous settlement conferences and mediations. Ben practises in the Supreme and District Courts as well as the NSW Court of Appeal.
