Paul Baxter

Paul has over 15 years experience in insurance and commercial litigation across a broad range of practice areas. His areas of focus are public liability, transport and personal injury. Paul has considerable experience with catastrophic claims, indemnity disputes and fraud claims and has run several successful high profile defences.

Paul serves on the national committee for MLAANZ and Queensland branch committee for ALAANZ as well as being a member of AILA and a regular speaker at ANZIIF and other industry conferences.

Paul has been appointed by the Attorney-General (pursuant to section 63 of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth)) to receive service of Court documents on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia.
