Nigel has extensive experience acting for lenders and borrowers in a broad range of banking and finance transactions. He has specific expertise in consumer finance, asset finance, surety bonding, acquisition finance and property finance.
Nigel acts for local and offshore trustee companies on debt securities issues and securitisation programmes.
Nigel also acts for lenders and insolvency practitioners in receivership, liquidation, workout and other insolvency matters.
Nigel is a member of the Banking & Financial Services Law Association and INSOL New Zealand.
