Sharon leads our real estate team in Wellington. She has specific expertise in all areas of property, infrastructure and development.
Sharon has more than two decades experience providing a broad range of commercial advice to clients across different industries. She advises corporates, central and local Government and private clients. She routinely works on acquisitions and disposals and advises on large scale subdivisions and complex developments, unit titles and other multi-ownership title structures, design build, leasing, public works and reserves.
Sharon is also an accredited supplier to Land Information New Zealand and holds a number of Public Works Act accreditations.
Sharon is a member of the local executive of the New Zealand Property Council and is also a member of the New Zealand Property Institute.
