Tim has more than 10 years experience dealing in all areas of information and communications technology supply and outsourcing. He leads our information technology and outsourcing team.
Tim acts as key advisor to international and domestic, private and public sector clients. He has a specific expertise in procurement, focussing on large scale outsourcing transactions and complex upgrade and implementation projects.
Tim acts for system integrators, software houses and government purchasers of IT systems and services.
Tim recently advised a large Government agency in respect of the outsourcing of its mainframe, distributed computing, applications and asset procurement services. He also recently advised a Government department in respect of its HRMS upgrade, hosting and maintenance services covering payroll for more than 50,000 employees in Victoria.
In 2010, Tim was recognised by Chambers Global as a leading information technology lawyer.
