Keith is a finance partner with almost 30 years experience practising with the firm.
Keith advises the Commonwealth Department of Treasury on investment aspects included in the Fund Future Act 2006, is a key member of the DLA Phillips Fox team appointed to the Future Fund legal panel and acts for the Future Fund on investment management matters.
Keith previously developed a practice in funds management, investment and superannuation. His work included acting for Government statutory funds and regulated corporate and industry superannuation funds, appointing master custodians and fund managers, investing in REIT's, and alternative investments and providing general superannuation advice. Clients included Vision Super Pty Ltd, Medibank Private Limited, L.U.C.R.F. Pty Ltd and the Emergency Services Superannuation Scheme.
Keith has experience in banking and securities law, acting for Hydro-Electric Commission (Tasmania), Tasmanian Public Finance Corporation and a number of merchant banks and overseas banks. He was a founding member and Vice President of the Banking Law Association Limited.
