Rohan has particular expertise in insurance and construction risks. He advises and represents insurers and other clients on insurance related issues in the construction industry, particularly in relation to professional indemnity claims.
Rohan currently acts for a range of professionals in the building industry (including architects, engineers, building surveyors and designers), local and rural municipalities and water authorities in relation to professional liability claims and litigation.
Rohan is a member of the Victorian Building Practitioners' Board. Since 1993, Rohan has been an accredited specialist in commercial litigation by the Law Institute of Victoria.
