Stephen has wide experience across commercial and corporate litigation, with specific expertise in insolvency. He frequently assists clients in identifying and managing risk.
Stephen acts for accountants, including in relation to professional indemnity claims, and is particularly interested in the various issues confronting accountants and accountancy issues generally.
Stephen also advises on contractual issues including IT contracts, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements.
Stephen has recently worked on several significant re-constructions, one a consequence of an effective amalgamation between two insurance companies and the other, the outcome of the settlement of a family dispute involving significant rural businesses.
