Monique acts for a wide range of clients in documenting finance transactions. Her work ranges from providing advice, structuring and stamp duty to the actual preparation and negotiation of facility documents and a range of security agreements.

Monique prepares a vast range of pro forma documents to be used for particular finance clients in their business operations, as well as tailored trade finance and leasing documents for specific one off transactions.

Monique also has expertise in funds management and regularly prepares funds management agreements and other investment related contracts for various superannuation funds.
