Kim practises in public law with a focus on administrative law, statutory interpretation and Commonwealth governance and regulatory matters, particularly in relation to the Commonwealth financial framework and Government operations. Kim often works closely with our commercial lawyers, advising to ensure they comply with relevant Commonwealth-specific laws, as well as State/Territory laws that may be relevant.
Kim has extensive experience in parliamentary and governmental processes, having worked as an adviser, particularly on legal matters, in the NSW Parliament, and as Senior Adviser to a Commonwealth Minister.
Kim also worked for many years in journalism.
