Stephen is a Professor of Law at the Queensland University of Technology and is the author of Competition Law in Australia.
Stephen's major area of practice is competition and consumer protection law. He has acted in major commercial litigation involving anti-competitive conduct and has advised State Government Departments and Government-owned corporations in relation to competition law and policy issues.
