Caroline's expertise includes intellectual property rights, information and communications technology sourcing, legal risk management and contract management.
Caroline has advised on all aspects of major procurements including strategic advice, leading negotiations, contract structure planning and drafting, defective performance management and contract management training. She also advises on contractual implementation of a variety of government policy initiatives, such as in the health, welfare, cultural and communications portfolios.
