Lindsay acts for clients involved in major infrastructure, Defence, commercial contracting and construction and engineering projects.
Lindsay has extensive experience preparing tender and contract documentation as well as advising clients on their rights and obligations under existing contracts. He also provides advice and acts for clients in respect to all forms of commercial dispute resolution.
Lindsay regularly presents at seminars on tendering and contracting issues, particularly in relation to contract management.
Lindsay is a member of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia.
