Laresa's practice encompasses large commercial, industrial and retail property transactions. Her work includes negotiating development contracts, documentation for acquisition and disposals and leasing for corporate clients, listed property trusts and Councils.

Laresa has expertise in:

  • Sales and acquisitions project documentation.
  • Development and management agreements.
  • Leasing and licensing (including telecommunications, industrial, retail and commercial leases).
  • Property legal requirements of Councils and Crown Lands Act requirements.
  • Due diligence.

    • Laresa co-ordinates a team responsible for the negotiation of more than 250 leases and licenses for sites around Australia on behalf of a large telecommunications provider.

    Laresa has several specialist property funds management clients. Her work for these clients includes:

  • Preparing and negotiating documents for various multi-million dollar acquisitions in NSW. These include industrial and retail property in the Newcastle region and commercial and industrial properties in Brisbane.
  • Project structuring advice and risk management.
  • Preparation and negotiation of various development agreements, management agreements.
