Iain has specific expertise advising on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other alliancing arrangements, special purpose contractual arrangements and proposals, transaction structuring, regulatory consents and project management.
In recent years Iain has assisted many offshore entities with their inbound investments into Australia. In particular, he assisted these investors with their due diligence investigations, obtaining any necessary foreign investment and other regulatory approvals, and the preparation and negotiation of the relevant transaction documents.
