Lex advises on government law. He has particular expertise in relation to FOI and privacy, statutory interpretation, administrative law (advising and litigation) governance and the Commonwealth financial framework.
Lex also assists agencies in public sector employment issues such as Code of Conduct investigations and other public sector employment issues.
