Stuart advises on commercial arrangements and relationships, particularly in the areas of procurement, outsourcing, government funding and real estate areas. He advises on technology and outsourcing contracts, including strategic planning, process management and compliance and innovative contract modelling.
Stuart acts for many Australian government departments and agencies on all manner of commercial issues and undertakings, including ICT, corporate services and major product procurements. He also advises government clients on real estate issues, including leasing and management contracts.
Stuart worked for a number of years at one of the UK's Magic Circle firms before moving to Canberra.
