Greg has more than two decades experience in banking and finance law.
Greg has represented domestic and international banks and other lenders, borrowers, sponsors and trustees, in transactions including:
- Preparation and negotiation of a vast range of facility and security documents (including those required for construction facilities).
- Swaps and other derivates.
- Eurobond and note issues.
- Asset finance documents (including finance and operating leases and leveraged leases).
Greg has extensive experience working with clients to structure a new facility or a refinancing and in the development of new products. This includes the preparation and introduction of new precedent documents.
Greg has specific expertise in project finance (in particular infrastructure) transactions and securitisation and other receivables financing transactions.
