Caroline has a range of experience in intellectual property dispute resolution, both within Australia and as part of multi-jurisdictional teams. Caroline has acted on behalf of clients in complex disputes pertaining to trade mark, copyright, patent and design infringement, comparative advertising, misuse of confidential information, misleading and deceptive conduct and passing off.
Caroline also routinely advises on trade mark filings, prosecution, opposition, freedom to operate, assignment, licensing and enforcement for both Australian and international clients.
Caroline has a wide range of industry specific experience, and has acted for clients in the financial services, food technology, aviation, fashion and mechanical engineering industries.
Caroline has a Master of Laws specialising in intellectual property, and is a registered trade mark attorney. Caroline is a member of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia (IPTA) and the Licensing and Executives Society of Australia and New Zealand (LESANZ), in addition to being a committee member for the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ).
