Brian provides strategic advice on the employment/industrial relations aspects of transactions including the construction of major projects restructuring, outsourcing and the disposal and acquisition of businesses.
Brian represents clients in employment and industrial litigation in the Federal Court, Supreme Court and in the state and federal industrial relations commissions.
