Craig is a member of the Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team in Perth. He provides advice in relation to the strategic implementation of workplace change and reform. In particular Craig's practice focuses on the negotiation and execution of various forms of industrial instruments, claims of unfair or unlawful dismissal, and advising on industrial awards and workplace legislation.

Craig argues cases before industrial tribunals in relation to unfair dismissal, contractual claims and collective agreement-making and prepares cases before courts and tribunals in relation to industrial and employment disputes.

Craig has recently reviewed the industrial risk exposure of several large employers in the mining and resources sector, advised on strategies to minimise that risk, drafted documentation to execute the strategies and helped those clients through the statutory agreement-making process.

Craig has a strong understanding of the dynamics of the modern workplace and is constantly focussed on making human capital a source of competitive advantage for his clients.

Craig is currently enhancing his qualifications in law, industrial relations and politics by studying a Master of Business Administration at the University of Western Australia.
