Philip is a partner in the Corporate practice group in the Brisbane office and joined the partnership in 1993 having previously worked with another major Australian law firm.

Philip is a Revenue Law specialist whose areas of expertise include M&A transactional work; business structuring and reorganisation; commercial transitions including manufacturing distribution and licensing; taxation liability issues including Commonwealth and State taxes; and corporate governance including legal compliance and insurance.  Philip also advises government departments and agencies in relation to corporate governance and contractual issues.  Philip was elected to the Board in November 2008.
